Welcome to our wedding website. We hope you find the following itinerary and travel recommendations helpful as you plan your trip. We’re looking forward to all we have planned for our wedding weekend in Ventura, California. While our ceremony and reception venue is in Camarillo, we think you’ll love the fun surf culture, restaurants and coffee spots, antique shops, and beach access that Ventura has to offer just a short drive away.
We know many of you are traveling from near and far to be with us, and we’re overwhelmed with gratitude. From big milestones to small moments, you are our favorite people to celebrate with—our dearest friends and family. We can’t wait to be together!
Kindly reply using the form below by August 16th.

Join the bride and groom for a weekend in the charming beach town of Ventura, California, at the hotel, Airbnb, or one of the many sweet local inns of your choosing. We’ve hand selected a few to explore based on your travel plans.
airport guide
For those flying, thank you for making the trip for our big day—it means the world to us! We recommend flying into Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) for its proximity to Ventura Beach, where we’ve suggested hotel accommodations.
That being said, there is much to do and see in Southern California. In case your travel plans are taking you elsewhere before or after our wedding, please explore our airport guide on the right for recommendations.
-
For our wedding, we suggest flying into Santa Barbara Airport for its proximity to the suggested hotels. Once you land, stretch your legs and grab a bite in downtown Santa Barbara. Then enjoy the beautiful 30 minute drive down the coast to the charming beach town of Ventura.
-
Burbank Airport is about an hour drive through the Valley. Although a bit further from Ventura Beach, flights into Burbank Airport (BUR) may offer lower rates. If you’re hoping to see the Hollywood Sign or Griffith Observatory on your trip, this is the perfect option.
If you’ll only be attending the Wedding in Camarillo (not the Welcome Party in Ventura), you may wish to fly into Burbank and stay at a hotel closer to the wedding venue, McCormick Home Ranch, in Camarillo.
-
Flights into LAX may be the most affordable, but we do not recommend this option for tense travelers. Bolster your spirits (and your schedule) for a somewhat lengthy baggage claim and rental car experience. On the bright side, your scenic drive will quickly undo the stressful experience. For those flying into LAX, we highly recommend taking Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1) north through Venice, Santa Monica, and Malibu to Ventura Beach (about 1.5 hours depending on traffic).
-
John Wayne is a wonderful airport and about a 2-3 hour drive from Ventura Beach depending on traffic. For those just flying in for the wedding, we don’t recommend this airport. However, John Wayne Airport may be convenient for anyone planning to extend their trip to visit Disneyland, the Orange County Beach Cities, or Palm Springs.
We recognize that many of our loved ones will be traveling to celebrate with us, and we sincerely feel that the truest gift is to be together. For those who wish to give a gift, we’ve created a registry of homewares, keepsakes, and experiences that we’d cherish as newlyweds. If you’d like to send a card, we will have a card box at the wedding.
